Searching for led-type gauge

Hello,

I'm searching for a plugin that can be used to create a gauge that resembles the one on the left-side of this image (the one that starts with green at the bottom, and gets red at the top):

I have searched a lot already, but I cannot seem to find one that comes close to this one... Can anybody help?
