Selected checkbox values and effects

I try to show selected checkbox values (for example, "Alpha", "Gamma", "Koppa", "Fifteen", "Two", "Seven"),
below the filter-menus.
So for example... when a user selected Gamma, Koppa, and Fifteen and Nine.
Then:
PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
separate DIVs with : Gamma (=div-1), Koppa (=div-2), Fifteen (div-3), Nine (div-4)
Is there a plugin to accomplish this? How to get this done? Please help.
