Selecting regions on a map using images to define the selectable area
Hi,
I've been developing an interactive map for a charity and at the moment I have small markers on each region that popup information when mouseover'd. I'd like to make the regions themselves activate the code but the complexity of each area (and that I would like to highlight the area when mouseover'd) prohibits using the 'shape=poly' method.
Does anyone know of a way to provide images to define the area? i was thinking a black and white gif as the filesizes would be very small.
