Shadow enhancements, optimizations and clean-ups


I've gone through and really cleaned up the code for the shadow
plugin. All the info is in ticket 1923 (http://dev.jquery.com/ticket/
1923).
I have a few other ideas for the shadow plugin that I was working on
for myself but wouldn't mind contributing to this plugin instead. I
planned on having a size and angle option to go along with the
distance/offset option to make the shadow more configurable.
