Shoping Cart SORTA!

Hi,

I was woudering if anyone know of a plugin that works as follow:

When you type in a text field each chacter repersents a value which is added up with JQuery?

So for example if i types 'HELLO' and if each chacter had a value of 1 then end result would be 5.

Any help would be amazing!
