I attached two screenshots, actually I am new and confuse a lot, I tried to figure but failed.

Actually in the image you can see, that keyboard opacity is low and it's selected as well, and rest of other objects are unselected and with full opacity. I want vie versa of this syntax, that when I select any specific object it will remain highlighted and rest of all will remain with low opacity.

Hope you got my question and will help me in this.
