Show Week Number in Datepicker

This was removed during the refactor. There's currently a ticket asking for it to be added back: <a href="http://dev.jqueryui.com/ticket/4131"> http://dev.jqueryui.com/ticket/4131</a>. We need to either close the ticket as wontfix or add the feature back on. What's the current thought?
