Simple Autocomplete Problem

Hi I'm new to jquery and this forum i desperately need help with implementing http://docs.jquery.com/Plugins/Autocomp ... eplacement i have tried every possible code configuration i can think of to get this to work but it just does not want to work for me, i know you guys can figure this out.
