Simple Single Image Tab Dropdown...??

Hi.. I am very new to all this stuff.. I am trying to create a simple image dropdown via a tab.. So when the users clicks or mouse over on the tab, an image will drop down.. Can someone please guild me into achieving this... I found what I am trying to achieve at this website link..  https://amgacademy.com/aerial/360-Aerials/ It has a simple tab where text, which I am assuming is a graphic, drops down.. I can create menus but to create a single image dropdown seems to be a lot harder..
