site skeleton

I was wondering... is there a jQuery based simple site skeleton ? I don't need a fool blown CMS, such as Joomla, my web site will have only a few pages and a simple navigation menu, yet I do want it to look as professional as possible. It does not have to be very unique either...

Any suggestions ?
