slide is shifting to the left
i created this site,

Everything looks OK, the only problem i am having is the following.
when i click on the button on the right "social network" it shifts the transformation over to the left side and stops where it should stop.
It seems it is somehow relative to the element on the left. This only happens in IE and Safari, in Fireworks everything works fine, please if someone can help me here track down the problem that would be really great.
