Slide show takes a few seconds to start working. Why the delay?

Slide show takes a few seconds to start working. Why the delay?

Hello;

I am using a simple Jquery slide show here.

But it takes about 1 second till its orgonized and starts to work properly! What I mean by orginized is that it shows all the photos in slide show for about a second, then hides the ones it has to and starts the slide show.

What can I do to make this slide show working propely?
