i have one scroll bar in UI for displaying value and user can also change the value but issue is that scroll bar work perfectly in Chrome bt in mozilla firefox when user change the value and click on submit it goes to 0

 nd in URL ScrollTop= 0 (in Mozilla) but in chrome it calculates dynamic value

need some help
