I am using slidedeck lite and on one of the slides I have put a contact form.  This works fine apart from in Internet explorer where the slide containing the form and one after it dissappear and the form shows up further down on the page (not in a slide).  Here are screenshots of what it should look like in Chrome and below that what it looks like in IE....

Any ideas how I can rectify this?
