[slider] slider with single handle and 'move Xpx left' and 'move Xpx right' buttons

I am wondering if anyone has seen an implementation of the ui slider
with left and right buttons that will move the slider Xpx (change
value), then stop (deactivate) when it reaches the min or max
respectively. Anyone seen anything like this?
