Sliding Panel in a screen with Fixed Header and Navigation Tabs

Hi,

I am facing issues when using fixed headers with nav panel  and sliding menu(reveal/push mode) with android devices. Below 4.0 sliding panel doesn't open and on 4.0 and above the panel content goes under the header and navigation tabs. I am a newbie into hybrid apps with JQ. Kindly suggest if there is a suitable alternative
