someone please reply....how to use jquery in refreshmonkey...for a particular function...

i use refresh monkey to refresh pages in 5 seconds interval... for doing website testing...

the page will usually show

1) there is no work

2)loading...

all of a sudden work appears with words like how to use terminal... without any url change...

if i don see it it refreshes for 4 more times and says u requested it too often...

what command to use please explain it from basic...

i'm totally dummy...

some one please help me....
