sort by row not by column

I've been googling for more than an hour but i didn't get pugin to sort by row. Every other "sorter" plugin sort by clicking on column header. but I want to sort by row by click on particular row.

a solution for this, maybe is to invert the rows and columns, then use regular sorter to sort by column, and then invert again. I'm stuck in this lead also. i'm not getting any table inverter.

please help.
