Sortable and droppable list

Id like to create a list that is sortable and droppable. Is this
possible. I am new to jquery so i apologize if this is a dumb question
or if im asking this at the wrong place.
I did google quickly for "selectable and droppable jquery" and nothing
relevant came up.
