.sortable bug in WebKit browsers (Chrome, Safari, WebKit)

Hi,
I noticed the following bug in .sortable(): http://dev.jqueryui.com/ticket/4041
while updating to jQuery 1.3.1 and jQuery UI 1.6rc6 today. I'm not
sure if it's a jQuery bug or an UI one, so I posted in the UI tracker
since it's happening with the .sortable component.
