Sortable: dragged and dropped items refresh positions only

Hi!
My problem is in attached files. There are 2 versions of example "Sorting": Flash(swf) and jQuery Sortable(html).
I need that jQuery Sortable algorithm works like to Flash(swf) - dragged and dropped item positions refresh only, other items stay in their placeholders (without shifting).
Help me please. Yuri
