Sortable "Serialize" Function Returns Nothing

Sortable "Serialize" Function Returns Nothing


I can not get the "serialize" function in ui.sortable.js to return any
value when applied to a sortable list. I am using the latest version
of everything.

The sortable function works in the sense that the items can be dragged
and dropped, I just can't get "serialize" to do anything. It's also
not returning any JS errors that I can see.
Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated! :-)
