im not a coder...just trying to understand, I assume there is good and bad ways to use jquery (and/or ajax).
is it true that if i have a spec and hire a coder to implement it, the speed with which the site performs will be directly related to the coders skill level.
or is it - "it either works or does not work and if it works it will always be the same speed
