stationary but slightly rotated divs

Hi I am building a gallery for a client w/an admin etc. But visually she would like the images to be slightly rotated but stationary not animated. is there a way to do this with jquery here is a link to a rough draft.

so basically I want each of the images to be slightly rotated. Any thoughts?
