Strange exception when using scroll wheel of mouse

Hi all,

I'm building a project at the moment that seems error-free, apart from one small problem that I can't seem to figure out.

When I'm on a page that is vertically scrollable, I press the mouse wheel button in to scroll up and down. When I click the scroll wheel again to stop scrolling an exception occurs:



If I do it again, I get a second exception, slightly different from the first:



After that it doesn't happen again, and the rest of the page still functions as usual, so it can't be a fatal error. These things just bug me

Is this something I'm doing? Or a JQ bug?
