Sub menu is hidden by the folder

I have a jQuery UI menu on my left sidebar and jQuery UI folder on the right. The problem is that the sub-menu is not showing in the area where the folder is.

To see the problem, go to the link below, and move the mouse under the "Bay Street Condos" on the menu in the left; you'll notice that some of the sub-menu are not showing simply becase the folder hide them.
