Superfish Animation and CSS issue

The domain is http://www.computerdepot-online.net/

If you rollover Our Services, then one of the secondary menus, you will see a gap between level 2 and 3.  I know this is just a CSS issue, but can't figure out which thing to change.

The other issue is that when you rollover something, the flyout goes halfway first, then all the way, creating a jumpy interface.  Any idea how to fix that?
