Superfish: Call a JS method when hovering an item

Hi!

I want to change a picture in my layout when the cursor is over an menu-item of superfish.
Because this is impossible with CSS I have to use JavaScript. - And superfish has to call the JS-method.

Is there any way to do this? I think I need something like "onShow" or "onHide" which calls the JS-method.
