So what you see is that it appears, then text does this little shift (it's almost like they blur), as they move over. The menu itself does not move, just the text. 

I have been seeing this in IE7.

Does this seem familiar to anyone? I'm hoping it's something obvious I'm just missing (searched forums, but didn't see this).
