Superfish Z-Index Troubeshooting

Hi Everyone,

I'm having a problem getting IE to display a sub-menu above, rather than below an image. The issue can be seen in IE, http://www.wpas.org/codetesting23.aspx

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
