Firstly, I'm extremely new to jQuery (after messing around with HTML and CSS for a couple of years) so please forgive me if this is a stupid request.

I'm trying to place these buttons:  http://swizec.com/code/styledButton/ into my website.

I've downloaded jquery and saved it as js/jquery.js

I've downloaded the 'styledButton plugin' and the 'styledButton CSS' files and saved them both.

I think I need to cut and paste the code at the bottom of the link above into my page (similar to the example here:  http://docs.jquery.com/How_jQuery_Works) but I can't figure out how to select which option of all the buttons I want? I just want the simple 'alone' option (well, several of them in a horizontal line forming my nav bar) but I can't figure out how to turn the rest off (or in fact how to make any appear on my test page at all?)

Any assistance on this would be much appreciated!
