table prepend rows -vs- header

I am adding, via prepend, rows into a table as needed from an array as
the user navigates the page. The rows added to the top are the most
relevant but ...
The problem I'm running into is trying to keep the HEADER row in place
and add the new rows after the HEADER row.
Any Ideas?
