What ways are there for styling a simple table with a header, alternating row colors and footer using jQuery UI Themes? ui-widget, ui-widget-header, and ui-widget-content obviously only go so far since there are not enough classes to make a distinction particularly between alternating row colors or header and footer. Any suggestions for solutions that favor the continued simple use of the ThemeRoller for styling?
