Tabs Collapsed OnLoad Possible?

Hi, I've been scouring without any luck to find source for tabs to be closed or collapsed on load. I'm using the tabs / collapsible method.

The tab layer content area will float over background, toggle on click with tab active. Is it possible to have container hidden or collapsed onload?
