Tabs get funny 'active/selected' border when clicked in Firefox

I downloaded your JQueryUI pack and am viewing the demo page that is bundled with it.
I noticed that on the tabs part, when you click a tab, it gets this funny dahsed border around it, similar to the way links do when you click them. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate what I mean.
It does not do this on your demo page (http://jqueryui.com/demos/tabs/) and is only doing it in Firefox (3.6.8) on my PC, not I.E.
So to reiterate:
http://jqueryui.com/demos/tabs/ No funny border when a tab is clicked
'jquery-ui-1.8.4.custom/index.html' run locally in Firefox - HAS funny border when a tab is clicked
'jquery-ui-1.8.4.custom/index.html' run locally in IE- No funny border when a tab is clicked
Is there any particular reason this is happening and how do I resolve it.
