Tabs inside dialog will sometimes show through

Tabs inside dialog will sometimes show through

I load a dialog, with Tabs inside.  Every once in awhile, it will open with the content of the next tab showing through, and can only be cleared up by refreshing the entire page, and relaunching the dialog.
Does anyone know what could cause this ?
