Tabs panel as site main top navigation

Tabs panel as site main top navigation


Has anyone used the tabs panel as the site main navigation? Seems like
they are only designed to work as a page widget? If thats the case
then it's going to be difficult finding some tabs for my main
navigation that I can make match teh UI theme.
I just want a static tab panel for the top of my site, was hoping to
use the UI theme and have everything match.
