Tabs won't work in IE8 with Compatibility View on

I have an aspx page that is using the jQuery tabs control that has 4 tabs. There are DIVs that should be hidden depending on which tab is currently selected. This functionality works in Firefox, Chrome and IE8 with Compatibility View turned off. However, when I turn on Compatibility View for the site, all of the DIVs below are displayed regardless of the tab that is displayed.
