I try to make my own custom theme with Themeroller but when I download the archive it doesn't have any on my customizations. I saw the generated CSS contains the following text:

 To view and modify this theme, visit http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/?ffDefault=

 

It seems it doesn't save any of my settings from the custom theme.
