Thin UI Checkbox buttons revert to Fat UI buttons
HI There,
I have multiple dialogs opening from a table for users to edit data in a form. The form includes checkbox data. I have applied the UI checkbox set to this data.
When I open the first dialog the checkboxes have the slim UI checkbox button style as seen here:

In subsequent dialogs the checkbox buttons go fat like the dialog control buttons, so it seems after the first one is loaded the rest inherit the incorrect style from somewhere....
Any ideas?
