I just want to create a Time In Time Out Application using PHP, AJAX and jQuery.

This page will automatically refresh its content everytime the database is updated.

Can you help me out of this or give me some sample codes. I have a hard time dealing with AJAX and jQuery but I'm well-versed in PHP.
