Tip

I am looking for a plugin that allows me to place a strip of text next to some element anywhere on the screen, that will explain what to do when you first login to a web site. Kinda like those "Sign Here" stickers you see when you sign loan documentation. I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
