Toggle on and off with collaspable div

Toggle on and off with collaspable div

i have been trying to program the div to expand and close 1 by 1 or all at one time. I can get the open and close all and open on click but not close on click. Here is the Jfiddle ...Im stuck and need to figure this out...thanks all
