Tooltip delay to hide issue.

Looking for a code check & edit if I may for tool tooltip.

I am struggling to apply a delay before the tooltip closes.
PC works fine click to show & move mouse to hide.
iOS click to show & click to hide but would like to apply 4 second delay for hide after first shown.
