Hello, I have a web page that is to pop out tooltips when the mouse moves over a cell of the table.

It works in jsfiddle but it doesn't work in real world case.

 

The codes are exactly same.

 

I attached the file at SkyDrive.

 

Basically you have to move the mouse to the cell such as "act1" etc, you will find the difference.

I have spent several days but I still can not figured it out why it failed for the test file in SkyDrive.
