Tooltips in jQueryUI

Hey guys,
I have to create custom tooltips for one of my applications. I have a
help button and when the user clicks the button, a tooltip should
appear (not on hover)
Does JQueryUI have something for that? Or, will I need to use a
plugin? If so, do you guys recommend any?
