Tree widget

Hello. For one of the projects I have made a tree widget. It differs
from other plugin's that for drag'n'drop uses native jquery draggable
and droppable widgets. For realisation of some possibilities it was
necessary to change ui.droppable.js. Function $.ui.intersect has been
changed. Look source codes.
