Tree Widget

Hello All,
I am currently sitting on an almost fully completed UI tree widget, in
the spirit of jsTree. In fact, it implements almost all of the core
functionality of jsTree but using the jQuery API and an updated parser
API. I have also developed a completely new plugin API that allows me
to create plugins very easily.
If someone would like to review my code, I would love to finish it and
donate it to the jQuery UI team. Just not sure what the formal
process is.
