treeview - user seeing cut off text
Hello,
We have been using jquery treeview with great success on various pages on our website for a while now, but we have one visitor that is complaining of text getting "cut off" in IE8, Chrome 4.1, and Firefox 3.6 on our Royal News page ( http://www.scranton.edu/royalnews ). His direct text is below:
"I wanted to make you aware that the text in the expandable drop-down bullets in the General News, Faculty and Staff News, & Student News sections is being cut off and cannot be read. This has been happening for a few issues.
I viewed the newsletter in IE 8, Firefox 3.6, & Google Chrome 4.1 with the same results. I checked the settings in these browsers, but found that they are correct or had no impact. I now believe it's the settings in the newsletter on your website. "
I have checked these and all browsers we support both on Mac and Windows without encountering the error he described. Other staff members have not seen this issue either. We asked him to send a screenshot, and I have attached it here. I am stumped as to why only he seems to be encountering this problem.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to adjust the code or provide insight to the visitor as to why it is happening on his machine.
