Trying to figure out how to do a simple slide & change t

I'm pretty new to Jquery (like big-time newbie) and I'm trying to figure out how to simply set up link so that when clicked (like "read more"), the content that is hidden slides down and then the word "read more" switches to "read less" which enables the individual to hide the text that was just revealed. Any insight would be appreciated. I'm going to have 3 "read more" links on the same page. I'm embarrassed that I know so little right now, but I've got a deadline in 2 days to get a project finished and that's the last component holding me back.
